BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – Honda customers may have experienced payment processing issues via the company’s electronic payment system.
The Honda Store in Boardman says it is aware of the glitch, and Honda Financial is working to correct it.
Honda Financial Services posted a statement to its Facebook page, confirming that they are working to fix the problem and will provide updates.
According to Honda Financial’s website, regional offices are experiencing high call volumes regarding payments.
They say “pending” payments have been received and will be posted to the customer’s account within 2-3 business days. The company says payments will be effective as of the date the customer made it, and they will not be charged extra interest or fees.
