PULASKI, Pa. (WKBN) – Wednesday, an 84-year-old man in Campbell is recovering from injuries he got during a robbery in Pulaski Township, Pennsylvania Tuesday.
Police arrested a 23-year-old woman after police said she threw the man to the ground and stole his winning scratch-off lottery ticket, worth $30.
The Pulaski Township Police Department posted on its Facebook page that Adriana Pitzer was charged with robbery, assault and theft.
Police said Pitzer was at the Ambrosia Landscaping supply and lottery store Tuesday morning and was witnessed by a Family Dollar employee, Lorie Smiley, across the street throwing an 85-year-old man to the ground. She then stole his $30 winning lottery ticket and $10 in cash, according to police.
Police told WKBN that when they took the handcuffs off Pitzer after arresting her, she tried to flee, and they ended up stunning her with a Taser.
