YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – John Dellick, the son of Mahoning County Juvenile Court Judge Theresa Dellick, was back in court Monday.

Mill Creek Park police cited him last week for marijuana possession and littering, and he went to jail for violating his probation.

Monday, a visiting judge agreed to allow Dellick to stay at the Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic in Youngstown, where he will receive in-house drug treatment and be able to attend school.

He will also have to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet.

Dellick is expected back in court next week.
