NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – Police have arrested a man that they believe is connected to the robbery of the BuyBacks store in Niles earlier this week.

Joseph Campbell, 23, of North Bloomfield, was arrested during a traffic stop just after 3 a.m. Tuesday. According to a Niles Police report, Campbell was driving approximately 80 mph in a 35 mph zone with no headlights on in a black pick-up truck.

Campbell was stopped near Creekside Golf Dome on N. State Street. He was issued several citations, and the vehicle was impounded as evidence in a criminal case.

Campbell is in Trumbull County Jail on aggravated robbery, as well as several traffic-related charges.

At this time, it appears as if police are still looking for another person involved in the robbery.

On Monday, police said two men were involved in the robbery — One man entered the store and demanded money, and the other man was waiting in a F-150-style pick-up truck outside the store.
