YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – One man was indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury on multiple charges in relation to an alleged attempted abduction in November.
A woman living on Indian Run Drive in Canfield said a man came out of the shadows toward her as she was taking out her trash. As she tried to go back inside her apartment, she reported that the man pushed his way inside and started grabbing at her clothing. The woman managed to run away to report the attack.
Investigators identified Darryl Lamar Adams as her attacked. He was initially charged with two counts of attempted abduction, but new charges were added. He now faces kidnapping, attempted gross sexual imposition and sexual imposition charges as well, according to the indictment.
