Police charge 3 Warren men with Niles robbery

NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – Three men were arrested Saturday during an investigation of a robbery at Anderson Morris Road.

The Weathersfield Police Department said the victims of the robbery followed the suspects down U.S. 422, toward the Eastwood Mall. The Niles Police Department arrested the men, who were transferred over to Weathersfield Police.

Police said a weapon and drugs were found in the suspect’s vehicle.

Marquis Gary was charged with aggravated robbery, and Jacob Taylor and James Spitler were charged with complicity to robbery.

The Warren men were taken to Trumbull County Jail, where Gary remained Thursday.

An investigation is ongoing, and police said more charges may be filed.
