Five Minutes with the Mayor sessions take to the road

Anyone from Youngstown had the chance to show up and chat with McNally about any issues or questions

Youngstown Mayor John McNally made himself available at Glenwood Community Park.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown Mayor John McNally holds his monthly meeting with residents, but Tuesday’s Five Minutes with the Mayor was on the road.

He made himself available at Glenwood Community Park on the city’s south side.

Anyone from the city had the chance to show up and chat with McNally about any issues or questions about the city. He said this isn’t the last meeting outdoors.

“Throughout the summer this is something I want to do besides just have these meetings in the mayor’s office. We’ve done them for the past 2 1/2 years now. It’s always good to get out of the office, so we’re going to pick some park locations throughout the summer, probably over the next four or five months, to have these Five Minutes with the Mayor sessions,” McNally said.

Look for McNally’s next Five Minutes with the Mayor session sometime next month at a park in the city.
