Man charged with videotaping girls in bathroom at Geneva State Park

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WKBN) – James D. Sullivan, 58, of Cleveland, was charged with production of child pornography and possession of child pornography after police discovered he was filming girls and women at Geneva State Park.

According to a federal indictment, Sullivan filmed girls and women in the shower at the park on July 18.

Federal agents searched his computer after he was arrested found that he used his laptop to view child pornography and images of children being sexually assaulted, according to court documents.

At the time of his arrest, Sullivan was on probation after having served more than 25 years in state prison for raping a 12-year-old girl, photographing the act, and assaulting other child victims, according to court documents.
