3 indicted on charges related to Youngstown meth lab bust

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Three people were indicted on charges related to a meth lab operation in Youngstown.

Tod Caldwell, 41, Adam Hayes, 25, and Amy Jo Stivers, 36, were indicted on several charges by a Mahoning County grand jury, including illegal manufacture of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, aggravated possession of drugs and endangering children.

Prosecutors said the three were found cooking the drug methamphetamine inside a garage on Southern Boulevard on March 4. Neighbors called police to complain about drug activity.

Caldwell and Stivers are siblings, according to prosecutors.
