Man indicted on charges related to alleged rape in Jackson Twp. area

Cadle has been in Mahoning County Jail since May 8 on a violating a protection order charge

Justin Cadle indicted in Jackson Township on rape charges.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A 24-year-old man has been indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury on rape, gross sexual imposition and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor charges.

Prosecutors say Justin Cadle was accused of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13, who was a family friend. The alleged crimes happened in the Jackson Twp. area.

Cadle has been in Mahoning County Jail since May 8 on a violating a protection order charge.
