ORLANDO, Fla. (CNN) – Here’s an account of the Orlando shooting from a person in the club:

“I know I was trying to enjoy my night and all you would hear was banging… not banging but just boom boom of bullets. You think it’s part of the song. And when I looked behind me and I noticed it wasn’t just a song, that there was bodies falling down. And they guy next to me was shot. And then that’s when I dropped and I made sure that I had to crawl my way out. Because there was no way. It was either fight or flight. I had to flee, and by the time I got, I felt the cement on my elbows I knew, I knew I was ok. I crouched and my dad taught me to zig zag. So, I zig-zagged my way so just in case there was anything flying – you could still hear the bullets going off inside the club as we were out. And then I noticed there was a gentleman on the ground who had a bullet wound in the back. So, I helped assist with him. And then after we did that, um he was helped, I was able to help somebody else as well. And then they were pushing us down the street. They didn’t want everybody out and about. So um, they said there was a bomb threat. And we had to move further down toward the hospital. And all you saw was people running and screaming and there was bodies in the… parking lot where they were tagging them. And it was just, it was just like a scene from a horror movie. It was absolutely tragic.”
