YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A woman arrested after a two-hour standoff in Boardman last April faced a Mahoning County judge on Tuesday.

Rana Smith was arraigned on multiple charges, including endangering children, menacing by stalking and criminal damaging. Her bond was continued.

Police said Smith and her family were terrorizing their Terrace Avenue neighborhood.
