YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A man accused of breaking into a Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority apartment was indicted by a grand jury Thursday.
Jason Harmon is charged with two counts of having weapons while under disability, two counts of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, and one count each of criminal trespass, aggravated menacing and trespass in habitation.
Police said Harmon fired a gun in the Plaza View apartments on the east side.
A YMHA employee told police that a man forced open an apartment window and went inside.
The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force listed Harmon as a wanted fugitive and Youngstown Police arrested him in May.
