Bazetta man hospitalized after motorcycle crash

Investigators believe alcohol was a factor in the crash

BAZETTA, Ohio (WKBN) – A man from Burghill was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown after a motorcycle accident early Friday morning.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the man was trying to pass a car on State Route 46 in Bazetta when he went off the road, struck a ditch and was thrown from his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

The motorcyclist was identified as 32-year-old Larry Morse. Highway Patrol said he was in stable condition on Friday.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor, according to Highway Patrol.

The crash is currently under investigation.
