Update: Kniseley was arrested Wednesday at a Lordstown mobile home park, where police said he was hiding.
NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – The U.S. Marshals Northeast Ohio Fugitive Task Force is looking for a registered sex offender, wanted for an assault in Niles.
Todd James Kniseley, 27, is charged with felonious assault. A warrant for his arrest was issued by the Niles Police Department. He is also facing a federal charge of failing to register as a sex offender.
Kniseley is described as a white man, approximately 5’7″ tall and 145 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
