YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A grand jury indicted two men Thursday, accused of robbing a Campbell man in May.
Earl Marlowe and Tavon Fulton are charged with aggravated robbery, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation, having weapons while under disability and possessing a defaced firearm.
They were arrested in June in relation to the incident on Jackson Street.
Police said they robbed a man of $200 by gunpoint, and later fired the gun toward the victim, hitting a building.
A handgun with the serial number scratched off was taken into evidence at the time of the arrest, according to police.
