Grand jury indicts men accused of Campbell armed robbery

The two men were arrested in June in relation to the incident on Jackson Street

Earl Marlowe and Tavon Fulton, both charged with aggravated robbery

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A grand jury indicted two men Thursday, accused of robbing a Campbell man in May.

Earl Marlowe and Tavon Fulton are charged with aggravated robbery, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation, having weapons while under disability and possessing a defaced firearm.

They were arrested in June in relation to the incident on Jackson Street.

Police said they robbed a man of $200 by gunpoint, and later fired the gun toward the victim, hitting a building.

A handgun with the serial number scratched off was taken into evidence at the time of the arrest, according to police.
