YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A mother charged with using drugs in a Sheetz bathroom with her child in tow has been indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury.

Jamie Ingledue is charged with possession of heroin and endangering children. She was arrested at the Canfield Sheetz gas station in May after police said workers called to report a woman who was acting strangely.

Deputies say workers at the store grew suspicious when Ingledue took her 2-year-old daughter into the restroom and then stayed there for a long period of time. Officers said her child was dirty and wasn’t wearing any shoes. They reported finding her with heroin.
