YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A North Jackson man has been charged with two counts of gross sexual imposition.

John Kimble, 46, was indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday.

Prosecutors say Kimble is accused of sexually assaulting a mentally disabled woman. According to a police report, the victim is an 18-year-old family member.

Police seized a tablet computer as evidence during their investigation.

Kimble was arrested June 20 by the North Jackson Police Department and is currently being held in Mahoning County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
