Ohio State Highway Patrol said the driver, 21-year-old Raymond Johnson, of Boardman, drove off the right side of the road. They said that when he drove back onto the road, he went left of center and his vehicle flipped over.
The passenger, 21-year-old Johnathan Watters, of Youngstown, was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
