Man falls from 10-foot waterfall in Lawrence County

MAHONING TWP., Pa. (WKBN) – A man was pulled from the water after he fell from the Quaker Falls waterfall in Mahoning Township in Lawrence County Tuesday afternoon.

The victim fell about ten feet from the waterfall, hit a tree trunk and hit his head on a rock.

He was flown to St. Elizabeth Hospital. His name and condition are not known at this time.
