YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A North Jackson man pleaded not guilty to charges that he sexually assault a mentally disabled woman.

John Kimble is charged with two counts of gross sexual imposition. Prosecutors say the charges are related to the assault of a female family member. He was indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury last month.

Kimble’s $25,000 bond was continued Tuesday, and a pretrial was set for 1:30 p.m. August 12 before Judge Lou D’Apolito.
