Drug Task Force: Meth lab found at Salem home

Arrests are expected after a test of chemicals found in the Ellsworth Avenue home

SALEM, Ohio (WKBN) – A raid of a Salem home on Thursday uncovered a methamphetamine lab, according to the Columbiana County Drug Task Force.

The Task Force and the Salem Police Department served a warrant at a home in the 500 block of N. Ellsworth Ave. Police said items used to make the drug, as well as drug paraphernalia, were found.

No one has been charged yet, but police said arrests are expected pending the results of laboratory tests on the chemicals.
