Youngstown Police looking for missing teen

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police are looking for a developmentally-challenged teenager who they say went missing on Saturday.

Ricky Sigmon, III, went missing from the Safe House on Eastview Avenue in Youngstown, where he was living. Police said the 18-year-old boy suffers from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and oppositional defiant disorder.

He may have been wearing blue pajama pants and a dark blue graphic t-shirt when he disappeared around 6:50 p.m. Saturday.

Police said the teen is originally from Ottawa County. He is 5’11” tall and 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
