LISBON, OH (WKBN)-Lisbon jumped out to a big first quarter lead against Tuscarawas Central Catholic before Mother Nature put a halt on the game late in the first quarter which will now be picked up Saturday at 7PM.

The Saints had trouble on their first drive as the Blue Devils Cam Summers forced an interception which game Lisbon great field position inside the red zone.

It was Summers punching it in from the one-yard line later in the drive which gave the Blue Devils a 6-0 lead.

Summers wasn’t done yet though, he hit pay dirt once again on the Blue Devils next drive getting in from 5-yards out making the score 12-0.

After a Saints touchdown, Lisbon came right back, this time through the air as new quarterback Colin Sweeney found Seth Stokes from 32-yards out to make the score 19-7.

Before the weather delay, Sweeney found Marcus Nenichka for his 2nd touchdown pass of the evening.

The game will resume Saturday night with just seconds left in the first quarter.
