YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A man convicted of the sexual assault of a girl who was then 12 years old was sentenced Wednesday as part of a plea deal.
Justin Cadle, 24, will spend four years in jail. After six months, he could be released to a residential treatment program.
The North Jackson man was convicted of two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. As part of the deal, the state dismissed two counts.
Investigators said the victim was 12 when the crime happened about six years ago.
