Koullias’ 215 yards rushing lifts Memorial past Py Valley

Memorial will play at LaBrae in a key AAC Blue clash.

ANDOVER, Ohio (WKBN) – Memorial’s Yianni Koullias scored 3 touchdowns and gained 232 yards from scrimmage in the Red Devils’ 35-0 win over Pymatuning Valley. The Devils are now 2-1, the first time since 2011 that Memorial had at least two wins through their first three games.

Koullias ran for 215 yards on 17 carries. He now has accumulated 433 rushing yards over the course of the last two weeks. The Red Devils’ quarterback Darion Jones picked up 25 yards on the ground on 6 attempts. He also completed 2 of 4 passing for 32 yards.

The Lakers fall to 1-2 following their home opening loss tonight.
