WARREN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKBN) – A man from Columbiana was injured Tuesday after he was hit by a vehicle in Warren Township.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says William Anderson, II, 20, was walking along Park Road about 9 p.m. when he was hit by a pickup truck driven by Wesley Alexander, 18, of Leavittsburg.

Anderson was walking east in the westbound lane against traffic when he was hit. He was flown by medical helicopter to St. Elizabeth Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
