COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio (WKBN) – The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is looking for a man they say failed to appear in court on drug charges.

Rubin Lee Williams, 36, is charged with possession of heroin, cocaine and dangerous drugs. A warrant for his arrested was issued by the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office on August 30.

Williams is described as a black man, approximately 5’9″ tall and 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Those with information on his whereabouts should contact the U.S. Marshals Tipline by calling 1-866-4WANTED, or by texting keyword “WANTED” and tip to TIP411 (847411).

Tipsters may remain anonymous and reward money may be available.
