AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 23, officiated by Rev. Daniel Tayman at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel for Rose Delisio, 85 of Austintown who died early Tuesday morning at her residence.
Rose was born October 8, 1930 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Elmer and Lillian Cyrus Sipe and was a lifelong area resident.
Rose was a loving wife and mother and family meant everything to her. She enjoyed going to casinos and attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and had lived a fulfilling life. She was a member of the Operating Engineers Local #66 Retirees Club.
Rose leaves her husband of 62 years, Guido Delisio; four sons, Thomas Magada of Canfield, Robert Magada of Austintown, Julius Delisio of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Greg (Maria) Delisio of Westland, Michigan; two daughters, Debbie Delisio of Poland, Caroline (Brian) Delisio of Boardman; one granddaughter, Jenna; three grandsons, Robert, Dominic and Marco and her great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Rose was preceded in death by seven siblings, Helen, Leo, Roy, Jane, Betty, Dorothy and Elmer.
Friends may call on Thursday, September 22 at Lane Family Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
The family would like to thank Senior Independence for their wonderful care and compassion given to Rose.
