James Marshall, fugitive wanted by the Youngstown Police on robbery charges

BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – A wanted fugitive was arrested Friday at a Boardman medical facility after he was recognized from a WKBN story.

The U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force issued an alert last week to be on the lookout for James Marshall, who was wanted in connection to a Youngstown robbery. Police said Marshall was also wanted on a parole violation relating to a past domestic violence charge.

The U.S. Marshals said Marshall went to the Surgical Hospital at Southwoods in Boardman on Friday for surgery. He was arrested there after police received an anonymous tip.
