Man indicted on felonious assault charge from Boardman bar fight

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A man who police said hit someone with a beer bottle during a bar fight in July was indicted by a grand jury.

William Rios, 27, is charged with felonious assault for his part in the fight.

Police said Rios was with his friend, 29-year-old Donald Bucci, who became aggressive toward a man and woman at Krakatoa bar in Boardman.

Officers said Rios hit the man in the face with a beer bottle. The man was taken to the hospital for his injuries.

Bucci was charged with assault.
