U.S. Marshals offering $1,500 reward for capture of fugitive

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward of up to $1,500 for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Todd Kniseley.

Kniseley is wanted on state warrants charging him with felonious assault on a Peace Officer, a probation violation and resisting arrest. Kniseley is also wanted on a federal warrant for failing to register as a sex offender after unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Kniseley is a 27-year-old white man with brown hair and blue eyes. He is approximately 5’7″ and 160 pounds.

Kniseley was last seen on the west side of Warren on September 27 when police said he ran from officers to avoid arrest. He is known to have family members in Warren, Youngstown and Niles.

Investigators said charges are pending for several people who were found to be housing Kniseley and lying to police.

Anyone with information on Kniseley is asked to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or Text keyword WANTED and tip to 847411 (tip411). Tipsters can remain anonymous.
