NORTH LIMA, Ohio – Esther Ruth Fusselman Peloe, 95, passed away Wednesday afternoon, October 5.
She was born November 9, 1920 in Youngstown, a daughter of Byron and Eunice Klingensmith Fusselman.
Esther graduated from South High School and attended Youngstown Business College and worked in banking for many years.
She was a member of First Covenant Church where she was active in church events for many years.
Esther had flowers the envy of the neighborhood. She enjoyed quilting, designing and sewing clothes and most recently doing jigsaw puzzles.
Winters for many years were spent in Arizona with Wayne, enjoying the sunshine.
Her long life has been a joy to her family and friends.
Esther is survived by her devoted and loving husband and high school sweetheart of almost 75 years, Wayne L. Peloe, whom she married October 24, 1941; her daughters, Joanne Triplett of Tucson, Arizona and Kathy (Robert) Mastriana of Poland; her son, Kenneth (Susan) Peloe of Loveland, Ohio; her sister, Evelyn (Martin) Frill of Boardman; beloved grandchildren, Byron (Cassie) Mastriana of Dolestown, Pennsylvania, Kathryn Mastriana of Poland, Ethan Peloe, Aaron (Maegan) Peloe and great-grandson, Abram Peloe all of Loveland, Ohio; a niece and two nephews.
Besides her parents, Esther was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Fusselman.
There will be services at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 8 at First Covenant Church, 5210 Glenwood Ave. in Boardman, where friends may call from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the Service.
Memorial contributions may be given to First Covenant Church.
