NORTH LIMA, Ohio – Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 10 at 9:30 a.m. at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home, Inc. and at 10:00 a.m. at St. Brendan’s Church for Margaret V Harris, 90, who passed away on Thursday, October 6.
She was born April 22, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of Michael Puhala and Helen Kalay.
She was a member of St. Brendan’s Church and worked as a light bulb inspector for General Electric.
Margaret was also a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family and going to church, shopping, traveling, sewing and baking.
Surviving are a son, James (Tammy) Harris of Madison, Ohio; a daughter, Diane (Rob) Gresko of Boardman; a sister, Helen Martinko of Struthers; four grandchildren, Rachel Gresko, Christopher (Stacy) Harris, Daniel Harris and Elizabeth (Robert) Wright and two great-grandchildren, Lily and Evan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James A. Harris whom she married January 7, 1950; two brothers, Michael and Joseph Puhala and three sisters, Ann O’Neill, MaryAnn Puhala and Josephine Prasinski.
Friends will be received on Sunday, October 9 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., Youngstown, Ohio.
