South Range registers a convincing win over United

South Range plays host to Crestview next week.

South Range dominated their week seven matchup with United, 42-8.

CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – Coming off their first loss of the season, South Range dominated their week seven matchup with United, 42-8. In their four home games this season, the Raiders have tallied 159 points (39.8 average).

The Raiders featured a balanced offensive attack as they gained 145 yards rushing and 133 yards passing. South Range’s quarterback Aniello Buzzacco finished by tossing 5 completions on 7 attempts for 133 yards and 2 touchdowns. Ethan Dominguez (62 yards) and Nathan Daniszewski (38 yards) led the Raiders’ rushing. Mathias Combs and Nathan Daniszewski each caught a touchdown.

United was led by Kiel Jones, who ran for 55 yards and the team’s lone touchdown. Parker Hydrick caught 5 passes for 43 yards. Nathan Mikell completed 10 of 20 passing for 97 yards.
