WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – U.S. attorneys filed a motion Tuesday in federal court asking for a delay in the sentencing of Anthony Natale so that mental health records could be reviewed.
Attorneys on both sides believe Natale’s mental health is an important issue for the court to consider at sentencing.
Three doctors have evaluated Natale, but only records from one of them have been provided. The other two are sealed.
Natale was charged with conveying false information related to the use of a weapon of mass destruction. Prosecutors said he mailed white powder to his former employee at American Business Center in Boardman after being fired.
