WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Warren man charged with robbing a bar on Market Street last month was indicted by a grand jury.

Joshua Ross, 36, is charged with three felony counts of aggravated robbery.

A group of witnesses held Ross so he couldn’t flee before police arrived, according to officers.
