YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown’s Covelli Centre is continuing to show profits even during periods when losses are projected.
The latest figures released by the city show the arena posted a nominal profit of just $4,000 for the quarter that ended September 30.
That compares to a projected loss for the same period of more than $26,000.
The numbers were given a boost thanks to big shows from the likes of 90s rocker Bryan Adams and Lionel Richie.
For the whole year to date, the Covelli Centre has shown a profit of almost $285,000.
