The Quakers cut their deficit to 14-7, but couldn't get any closer

Salem trailed by two touchdowns early and never recovered, falling to Louisville, 46-27, on Friday. The Quakers dropped to 5-4.

SALEM, Ohio (WKBN) – Salem trailed by two touchdowns early and never recovered, falling to Louisville, 46-27, on Friday. The Quakers dropped to 5-4.

After falling behind 14-0, the Quakers got on the board in the first when Cooper Bezeredi scored on a 8-yard TD run.

However, the Leopards responded with a Tyler Adams 69-yard TD reception from Brody Hahn and a Gavin VanZant rushing touchdown to take a 26-7 lead.

Salem will travel to West Branch in week ten.
