Todd Kniseley Niles Federal charges, felonious assault, failure to register as a sexual offender

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Youngstown man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for failing to register as a sex offender.

Prosecutors say 27-year-old Todd Kniseley traveled, beginning Oct. 22, 2015, without registering as required. He was arrested at a Lordstown trailer park earlier this month after the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force issued an alert for his arrest.

His original conviction stemmed from unlawful sexual contact with a minor, according to police.
