MESOPOTAMIA TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – There’s good news for people who drive on the west end of Donley Road in Mesopotamia: the potholes are being filled.
Crews with the Trumbull County Engineer’s Office were out Tuesday, using cold patch to help smooth out the bumpy ride.
The engineer’s office says they’ll continue maintaining the road throughout the fall and winter. Sometime this spring, they will be back out to chip seal it.
Drivers complain that the potholes are actually more like craters, and often decide to travel a different way.
The east side of Donley, across 534, was just repaired in 2015 with a $400,000 grant.
