Henry Cain, Jr. charged with driving under the influence, endangering children and driving under a suspended license.

WARREN TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – A man is facing a slew of charges after a traffic stop in Warren Township on Saturday night.

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers stopped the vehicle Henry Cain, Jr. was driving on State Route 422. Highway Patrol said investigators found that Cain was intoxicated and driving with a 7 year old and a 9-year-old child in the vehicle.

Cain was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence, driving in marked lanes, endangering children, driving under suspension, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and theft. He was taken to Trumbull County Jail, where he remained Tuesday.

Highway Patrol could release no further details on the traffic stop, as the incident is still under investigation.

Cain pleaded not guilty to the charges during his arraignment in Warren Municipal Court on Monday. He is scheduled to appear in court again at 1:30 p.m. November 8.
