WARREN, Ohio – Young Ok Han of Warren, Ohio entered into rest on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at 6:10 a.m., at her residence following a brief illness. She was 82.
Young was born December 12, 1933 in Seoul, Korea the daughter of Soo Young Han and Okhee Kim and had resided in the United States since 1980, a homemaker and formerly of South Korea.
In 1952 Young Ok Han was united in marriage with Soukjin Choi and shared 24 years together, until his passing in 1976.
Her memories will be remembered and celebrated by those she leaves behind; daughter, Theresa (Jim) Digianantonio of Howland, Ohio; sons, Heung Sik Choi of Pusan, Korea and Bum Sik Choi of Dallas, Texas; brother, Young Heung Han of Seattle, Washington; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 28, 2016, at St. Mary’s Catholic Parish, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church. Officiating will be Rev. Bernard Schmalzried.
Burial will follow in All Souls Cemetery in Cortland, Ohio.
