Peg Perego has issued a recall for two discontinued strollers, the Venezia and Pliko-Pk3.

Models include those that have an attached tray and cup holder.

This recall comes after two reports of strangulation, one ending in the death of a six-month-old boy.

Strollers were sold at Babies ‘R Us and Buy Buy Baby from around 2004-2007, but now are available in many second-hand shops.

If you own of these strollers, please stop using immediately and contact Peg Perego at (888) 734-6020 to request a free repair kit.
