YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – WKBN learned on Monday that the City of Youngstown and 88-year-old Bertha Tillis have come to an agreement on the situation of moving her from her home of 55 years so a new Chill-Can plant can be built.

Neither side would release details, just that she has agreed to a price and will be moving.

Tillis lives on Lane Avenue on Youngstown’s east side, where ground will be broken Monday to build a new plant to make self-chilling cans.

Five other property owners still haven’t agreed on a deal — and one city official said their property may have to be taken by eminent domain.
