WARREN, Ohio – Virginia Ellen Baumgartner, 50, of 278 Dickey Avenue, N.W., Warren, Ohio, departed this life Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 8:06 p.m. at St. Joseph Hospital, following complications from a short illness.
She was born September 26, 1966 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Ronald and Patricia Wright Baumgartner, Sr., residing in the area for 50 years.
Ms. Baumgartner was a member of Monument of Faith Church of God in Christ, enjoyed crafts and caring for dogs and attended Warren Western Reserve High School.
She leaves to mourn one son, Michael Jonathan Baumgartner of Warren; two daughters, Ms. Shalonna Lynn Davenport of Cincinnati and Ms. Casondra Nicole Baumgartner of Warren; her mother, Patricia W. Baumgartner of Warren; five brothers, Ronald C. (Barbara) Baumgartner, Raymond Wolfe and Robert A. (Dolly) Baumgartner all of Warren, Charles Baumgartner of Farrell, Pennsylvania and Ronald E. (Kimberly) Baumgartner Jr. of Richland, North Carolina; four sisters, Mrs. Francis (Charles) Baumgartner, Ms. Barbara (Steve) Wolfe, Ms. Carole L. Baumgartner all of Warren and Ms. Mary Crys Baumgartner-Beelen of Columbus; three grandchildren, Camari Michael Baumgatner-Deagan, Michael Jonathan Baumgartner, Jr. and Ms. Aaliyah Denise Kirksey all of Warren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father; one sister, Ms. Catherine Virginia Baumgartner and one brother, Donald Wolfe.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at the Monument of Faith C.O.G.I.C.
Calling hours will be held one hour prior to service (11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.).
Arrangements of comfort were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
