SALEM, Ohio (WKBN) – Salem Police said they recovered drugs, worth more than $2,400, and a large amount of cash during a stop for a turn-signal violation.
A K-9 alerted to the vehicle, and a search recovered 5 grams of crack cocaine, 12 grams (120 doses) of suspected heroin and $4,409 in cash, according to police.
Webb was charged with possession of cocaine, driving under suspension and a turn signal violation.
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation plans to test the suspected heroin. Additional charges are pending, based on those results.
Police said the majority of drug traffickers found in Salem are from Cleveland, Youngstown and Warren.
