ELLWOOD CITY, Pa. (WKBN) – A man from Ellwood City says he was scammed out of a few thousand dollars after he put a deposit down on a condo lease.

The man said he put what he thought was a $4,200 deposit to secure the property in March only to find out it was foreclosed on about one year ago.
