LEETONIA, Ohio – Marjorie M. “Margie” Mullen, 87, of Pearl Street, passed away at 3:10 p.m., Thursday, November 17, 2016 at the Salem Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.
Mrs. Mullen was born June 5, 1929 in Bowling Green, Ohio, a daughter of the late Clifton and Mable (Crawford) Granger and had been a life resident of Columbiana County.
Margie has worked as a secretary at NRM for many years and in her retirement she was an artist for over 20 years.
She was a member of the Columbiana Christian Church and will be fondly remembered as a loving mother and homemaker.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Edward Mullen, whom she married March 22, 1975; daughters, Colleen Tomsha of Lisbon, Teresa (the late Roy) Dunn of East Liverpool and Loraine (Jeff) Graebing of Grand Junction, Colorado; son, Larry Mullen of Fruita, Colorado; stepdaughters, Kimberly Pirchner of Lisbon and Tina Lawson of West Point; 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.
In addition to her parents, Margie was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Granger and granddaughter, Caitlin Elizabeth Tomsha.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, November 21, 2016 at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home with her son-in-law, Jeff Graebing officiating.
Private burial will take place in Oakdale Cemetery at a later date.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Monday, November 21 at the funeral home prior to the service.
