Boil alert lifted for Trumbull County Water customers

WARREN TWP. Ohio (WKBN) – A water main break in Warren Township Thursday morning put several Trumbull County Water customers under a boil advisory.

Saturday, the Trumbull County Sanitary Engineers Office sent out a release saying the boil alert had been lifted.

The following areas were affected:

  • Burnett Road
  • Diehl South Road
  • Fisher Street
  • Riverside Drive
  • Manhattan Avenue
  • Ritter Road
  • Woodview Circle
  • Park Road

A water main break happened near South Leavitt Road, between W. Market and Elm streets. Ohio Edison was moving a telephone pole at the time and hit the water line.
